You're invited to the Collins Center's free "Amendments Made Clear" event from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday October 29. This event will highlight the Collins Center's newly developed nonpartisan website, http://www.flamendments.org, that provides information on the proposed upcoming amendments to the Florida state constitution. Voters can interact one-on-one with the website by utilizing the information kiosks available at the event. There will also be a nonpartisan presentation outlining and analyzing the prospective amendments, and the affect they will have on voters if they pass. Lastly, there will be a video on general voter protocol presented by the Miami Dade County Election Reform Coalition.
